Deep in the heart of the Crocodile Valley lies an enchanted castle which beckons lovers of good food and the arts from all four corners of the earth. Its name is The Orient and it is a blend of Moroccan, Indian and African influences. 

Its restaurant Mosaic at the Orient has won award after award since its inception in 2007, not only for its prodigious wine list but for the excellence and originality of its cuisine.
